One to one Nutrition Programmes

It begins with food. A diet that nurtures your hormones, balances your blood sugar and calms inflammation, can make a world of difference. However, we know that sometimes, even with the best intentions, food isn't the only answer. Perimenopause can be a turbulent time, and symptoms like mood swings, brain fog, difficulty sleeping and joint pain can still be a challenge. That's when we can explore lifestyle, stress and fitness levels. Also sometimes the right supplements can provide extra support, and we can discuss further testing if needed. 

By listening to your story and understanding your health and eating habits, we can pinpoint the imbalances affecting your well-being. I’ll create a plan that’s tailored specifically to you, with easy recipes, simple food swaps and links to useful resources, bespoke just for you.  

We'll work side-by-side to make these changes fit into your life, it requires some dedication on your part to put yourself and your health first but it will empower you to feel your best. We'll have regular chats and stay connected through email and follow up calls, moving forward at a pace that is suited to you.

  • Pre Consultation

    I will send you a health questionnaire and 5 day food diary to complete ahead of our initial meeting.

  • Initial Consultation

    Over 90 minutes we will discuss your current symptoms, family and health history, dietary habits, digestive function and lifestyle factors such as cooking habits, stress levels, relaxation and exercise.

  • Your Plan

    Your unique plan will have nutrition recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, meal ideas and supplement suggestions. This is the first step to achieving your health goals.

  • Follow Ups

    Weekly sessions to review your plan and progress, discuss any test results if applicable and answer any questions. The number of these depends on your package.

Over the course of three months, we’ll thoroughly explore your health – introducing functional laboratory tests for deeper insight if necessary.

All consultations are via video (Zoom) so you can reach me wherever you’re based.

Functional Testing

If you’ve felt like your symptoms are being dismissed or that ‘everything looks normal’ despite how unwell you feel – private testing might be the answer. These lab tests can uncover what standard tests often miss.

Some of the most common tests in my clinic:

  • Hormone testing (e.g. DUTCH): A detailed analysis of sex and stress hormones to uncover imbalances affecting energy, mood, sleep, and weight – this is great to see what is going on with your hormones.

  • Comprehensive Stool tests: Evaluates gut health by identifying imbalances in digestion, inflammation, beneficial bacteria, and pathogens like parasites or yeast.

  • Thyroid panel: Goes beyond standard testing to assess how well your thyroid is functioning and whether it may be driving fatigue, weight gain, or low mood.

  • DNA/genetic test: Explores your unique genetic blueprint to reveal how your body processes nutrients, detoxifies, and responds to stress—helping to personalise your health plan.

  • Adrenal stress profile: Measures your body’s stress hormone output throughout the day to understand chronic fatigue, burnout, or ‘tired but wired’ patterns.

  • Vitamin D test: Checks your levels of this crucial nutrient that supports immunity, mood, and bone health—often overlooked in standard testing.

  • SIBO breath test: Detects bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine, a common but underdiagnosed cause of bloating, IBS symptoms, and poor nutrient absorption.
